The communal areas were well stocked, and I appreciated having extra towels. Noise from the busy street and humidity affected my comfort at night.

Overall, it's suitable place for exploring Rome attractions.

stayed in large and spotless double room with bathroom. a safe box, central heating, and an iron were perfect. the staff were very very helpful and knew the area. also, the property was near a main station.

Y'all, we had ourselves a mighty fine stay. The staff were quick to help us with all kinds of questions and even put a smile on our faces. Location? Right by the metro and some yummy restaurants. Bless your heart for the cozy vibes. Just wish them bed sheets smelled a tad fresher!

Everything was perfect, quiet hotel, the location was stunning short walk to Termini station and Metro, plus the bus station and city center and the attractions. The room we had included central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable, a tub worked well. The staff was very helpful and amiable, always there to help. Didn't like anything, except cleanliness issues

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a good area, adjacent to airport and the railway station and everything, such as taxis, metro and train station.

Housekeeping cleaned daily, great for sightseers.

The room was spacious with a comfortable layout. I appreciated having a tv and air conditioning. The location offered good access to the city's attractions, just a short walk from the metro. My stay had several frustrating issues. I arrived to find the room not ready and had to wait for a kettle that took until the next evening to arrive. The TV and wifi didn't work at all . The owner said repairs were pending but nothing improved. The bathroom had some maintenance concerns too, specifically with cleanliness. The reception staff was not always available, leading to delays in check-in and issues getting back inside the hotel late at night. I hoped for better service given the rate I paid.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room with Private Bathroom. The location is perfect for exploring the city, just a minute away from the metro and bus. Housekeeping was done daily, and the air conditioning worked great. Plus, they provided free water and apples. A solid choice!

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially the free WiFi throughout the hotel. The ATM facility nearby was handy for quick cash withdrawals. The location was awesome with easy access to transport and restaurants.

For dads, it would be great if they provided more towels for families.
